Kona Farms generally uses a combination of grades to make our roasted 100% Kona Coffee. Roasting coffee is an art but for those wanting a challenge, it is the best way to get the absolute freshest roast coffee.
There are 5 grades of Kona Coffee; Extra Fancy, Fancy, #1, Prime, and Peaberry. The grades are determined by bean size, weight and density. Select Grade, is a combination of 100% Kona Coffee grades mixed together, this gives more complexity to the brewed cup.
Kona Farms offers Green Bean Coffee for the home roaster, offered in our on online store. Large quantities of Green coffee are typically sold by the grade. Kona Farms will be happy to accommodate your Green Bean needs; Commercial Roasters and wholesale orders are only taken by phone,
